CDDB
Jason Kottke had a post about the Compact Disk Database yesterday. I was kind of excited about CDDB the other day when I discovered that I could permanently fix mislabeled tracks in iTunes and submit them to CDDB. (Maybe I’m a little anal?) I lost my sense of enthusiasm when I read that every time you pop a CD in the drive and grab the titles, your selection gets logged in their database, and they generate a top 10 list.
Maybe I’m paranoid, but I hate giving away personal information for free. Of course, why do I write in this thing, then…
