You Guys Want a Cool Party
Another night at the skatepark, and I was definitely feeling like a bit of an old man—back pain, sore muscles from a week and a half ago. But the pool is feeling a lot better. I’m starting to find the line, at least in the shallow end. Drop in, backside—back truck on the coping, grind a little, carve it out, another backside, frontside—carve and grind it, try to grab another frontside grind out of the inside of the hip, and another backside carve, wheels on the tile—ti-ti-ti-ti-ti. And then the power carve, frontside around the tight corner. Still a little sketchy, but feeling good.
