Just Up the Road
I happened to click over to this article at the New York Times, thinking it was about web security against terrorism (“boxes,” OK, I’m kind of a geek…). It turned out to be about securing the mail.
Anyway, I suddenly realized that we used to live down the road from the mailboxes in the photo: just up Route 27 on the corner of Hale Street in lovely New Brunswick; a few short miles, but worlds away from Princeton, a place that seems somehow more appropriate for something so notorious.
It was just kind of a strange thing to come upon and realize.
