Safari and Tab-Delimited Plain Text
Just an observation: Safari (and I assume WebKit in general) wraps tab-delimited plain text (both local and served with text/plain) in an unpredictable manner—it seems to be around 60 characters, but not always. And it always wraps after a tab, never in the middle of the field. Interesting.
